YP series electro-hydraulic disc brakes are high performance products acted on high speed shafts of drive mechanism, which have advanced function such as automatic shoe clearance balancing and lining automatic wear compensation. The brakes in service are basically free of maintenance. Meanwhile, various limit switches can be equipped to provide the main machinery with necessary interlocking protection signals. Therefore, if fits very well for mechanism deceleration and stop/braking of various large and special handling machinery with high self-control, hoisting and metallurgical machinery.

Main Design Features:
Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device (patented technology) constantly equalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary,thus completely avoiding brake  Lining one side sticking to brake disc.The brake is equipped with a shoe auto-aligning device.
At main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings,making
high efficiency of transmission,long performance life and lubricating
unnecessary during the course of operation.
Brake spring is arranged inside square tube and surveyor rod is placed .It is easy for customers to read braking  torque value and then avoid the troubles of measuring and computing.
Brake lining is of insert style of installation,ease and quick to replace. Brake lining of various materials such as power metallurgy and half-metal (non-asbestos),substance are available for customers to choose.
All spindles are made of stainless steel or are treated by speciat  technics..
Wear-self-compensation device may realize self-compensation of shoe clearance and torque when lining wears.
All adopt the company new types of thrusters as corollary equipment, work acutely and have long life.
AgIlity action, and close time is short(only 0.25-0.4s).

Options:
Hand release lever.
Release open limit switch,may indicate such signals as whether brake is properly released or provide interlocking  protection.
Lining wear limit switch can automatically indicate alarm signal  or provide interlocking protection when wear of brake lining is reaching the limit.
Adopt thruster with fall delay valve as drive system;this can realize closing delay of brake.
